1997 Honda Civic DX Coupe Outer Tail Light Replacement Instructions:
Step 1: Put on a pair of rubber gloves and open your 1997 Honda Civic DX Coupe trunk lid.
Step 2: Locate the wire connector on the back side of your driver side tail light. Disconnect the wire connector from your driver side outer tail light.
Step 3: Locate the four mounting nuts holding the taillight to your 1997 Honda Civic DX Coupe. Using your 1/4″ drive ratchet and 5 mm socket, remove the four nuts.
Step 4: Pull your outer tail light out from the outside.
Step 5: Install your new 1997 Honda Civic DX Coupe outer tail light.
Step 6: Repeat steps 1 to 4 for the passenger side outer tail light.
